Little Cobras & Kids Sparring

This class teaches students how to apply techniques in a hands-on way. The advanced cobras and children’s sparring class is conducted in a controlled environment. Students wear light protective fight gear from head to toe and learn to spar and respect their opponents. The goal is to have fun while learning self-defense. During each session, the class is broken up into two parts. During the first half, students will learn techniques and drills, and in the second half, they will practice controlled sparring. Students will also prepare to compete in karate tournaments if that's one of their goals. Karate tournaments are a fun way to test one's ability while meeting kids from different studios from the region, state, and country.
